Help

I couldn’t get the right effect with the pattern overlay, even though I correctly followed directions. I had to use a drawing I made a few days ago since my Wacom tablet hasn’t arrived and using a trackpad on my laptop comprises my ability to draw. I compressed the layers of the image earlier, perhaps that’s the problem.

The first brush was created from an amalgam of “dry media” brushes I chose from the brush presets. The second brush was taken from a found photograph of a Bull Terrier, my favorite dog. The third is of a tourist that my brother took on my digital camera. 

Which one of you in my class put this up, ;) :(
